Este año nos centraremos en el Festival en la consolidación de los elementos de la Rumba Cubana con todos los participantes, de manera que todos puedan regresar afianzados a todos los conceptos, recursos fundamentales y alegría que producen estas danzas cubanas; para ello llenaremos el mayor tiempo posible de oportunidades para Timbiar con nuestro grupo invitado desde mi ciudad natal Camagüey: RUMBATÁ
